The MX131-D Single-Axis Probe Stage w/Dovetail Headstage Mount offers 38 mm of coarse travel with 100-micron resolution and 3.5 mm of fine travel with 5-micron resolution in a small package - far superior to rack-and-pinion single-axis manipulators. The base swivels to allow virtually any probe angle, and the probe mount accommodates payloads up to 0.4" diameter.
